TNA wrestler Hulk Hogan was hospitalized in Florida on Thursday after experiencing excruciating pain just one day following back surgery. TMZ reports that Hogan underwent surgery to have a spinal chord stimulator inserted on Wednesday and was released from the hospital later that night.
Hogan was confident that the surgery was successful on Wednesday, yet he had to return to the hospital on Thursday morning. To read more on the story, visit TMZ.com.
Powell's POV: Hogan had referred to this procedure as a "Hail Mary" surgery and his last hope. One can only hope that his latest pain is merely a temporary setback. Eric Bischoff stated in an interview earlier this week that he did not expect Hogan to appear at tonight's live edition of TNA Impact or at Sunday's Bound For Glory pay-per-view.
