TNA legend Hulk Hogan was asked in a St. Louis Today interview about his current relationship with Vince McMahon. "On a personal level we are fine. Business is business with Vince. At the end of the day, I'm not working there. Basically, Vince does what's best for business for him. ... On a personal level, Vince will give you the shirt off his back and I know that."

Hogan also commented on the talent cuts and was asked whether they will be replaced. "That's a Dixie Carter question," he said. "I'm not involved in any talent development or talent leaving or coming, but it's the nature of the business. You look at other companies, and every couple of months they start to clean house. Then the herd thins out.

"What you mean to the company is basically what the numbers, attendance and what the crowd and fan reaction means to (the company). I think there is a certain point where you need to reshuffle the deck. It's a normal transition period that is only a temporary situation." Read the full interview at Stltoday.com.

Powell's POV: You can't blame him for using the "reshuffling the deck" excuse rather than airing dirty laundry about the financial issues publicly. Hogan also commented on his relationships with Dixie Carter and Eric Bischoff, discussed the MMA crossover performers in TNA, compared his babyface character to John Cena's character, commented on Darren Young announcing that he is gay, and listed 36 year-old Jeff Hardy and 36 year-old A.J. Styles as the young TNA talents with the most star potential.
