TNA News: Gawker responds to Hulk Hogan lawsuit claiming they haven't damaged his reputation by releasing a portion of his sex tape

Gawker Media responded to the lawsuit that Hulk Hogan filed against them for airing a portion of his sex tape. Gawker noted that Hogan already admitted he was an adulterer in a 2009 autobiography, thus the video could not have caused him more harm. They are also refusing to release the name of the person who gave them the tape despite Hogan's demands. Read more at TMZ.com.

Powell's POV: Having an affair is one thing. Banging the wife of your buddy while he hangs out in another part of the house is another. I can see why Hogan would admit to having an affair, yet wouldn't want this dalliance to become public knowledge. Of course, the easy way around that would have been to not put himself in this situation in the first place.
