TNA News: First "One Night Only" PPV to air WrestleMania weekend

TNA's new "One Night Only" taped PPV series will debut on Friday night, April 5, the same weekend as WWE's WrestleMania 29. The first show, titled "One Night Only: X-travaganza," will be an X Division show and will feature Jerry Lynn's final TNA match. You can read more at http://www.impactwrestling.com/onenightonly.

Shore's Slant: It would be easy to pick on TNA for this, but the reality is that this is smart timing. Interest in wrestling is at its peak over Mania weekend, as is obvious from the mountains of indy events that happen near the Mania host city. The next taped PPV will air May 3 and will be a Joker's Wild Tag Team Special.
