About his upcoming documentary ‘Tarafied’: “First off, I’m glad to hear you guys like it and that you’d like to see it; it means a lot to me. It’s a really exciting project that I’m really happy to be a part of. It actually started as a project for school; it was my senior thesis in college. I just came to Lisa one day and asked her if she’d be interested in me doing a documentary about her, because I’ve been a fan of wrestling since I was little and especially since I’ve gotten older and gotten to be behind the scenes a little bit, how just the women, in my opinion, aren’t showcased as much as the males are and I wanted to talk to one of the largest females in the industry and really figure out how she got into it, what she feels about the business, and her view on everything and her role. The film is really about what it’s like to be a female in a male-dominated industry and how she’s gotten where she is today and what her co-workers, like Brooke Tessmacher, Terryn Terrell and Eric Bischoff feel about working with her and how she really made her career over the years

Why he chose Tara as the subject of his film: “I picked Tara because she’s considered an true legend and icon of the female wrestlers in the industry and she’s one of the wrestlers I got to know best while being while backstage at TNA and I really have a lot of respect for her. Like I said before, I really had that question in the back of my mind about why the females are not showcased like the males are, how they view that and what motivates them to do what they do, so to speak and I figured she would be a perfect one. I had seen her backstage and how well she gets along with everybody and how a lot of people look up to her and how she’s highly regarded and one of the most well-respected females out there. I have a world of respect for her and she’s a pleasure to work with.”

What learned taking to Tara’s co-workers and through the process of the film’s making: “I definitely learned plenty. It was very eye-opening to me. What was interesting in talking to people like Brooke and Terryn, along with Lisa herself, is how they compared WWE to TNA and just how they have more air-time on TNA and how they feel they have more of a say on stuff. It’s just interesting to see how they feel like they’re more well-respected here and they don’t feel like they’re not just getting two minutes of airtime and really get to showcase their specialty. Even people like Eric Bischoff, he was saying that Lisa is one of the Highly respected athletes in the ring because she not only goes and makes herself look good but she also makes her opponent look good and that’s why she’s so highly regarded. That’s just some of the things I learned along the way”
