Powell's POV: Yes, because DirecTV is incredibly concerned about unfair billing increases. Puh-lease. I'm not saying they are to blame in this case, but I'm also not buying their martyr routine. There's a lot at stake for both sides, so I'll be surprised if this goes on too long.
