TNA released video footage of Dixie Carter presenting X Division Champion T.J. Perkins (a/k/a Manik) with a new contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Powell's POV: Carter praises Perkins for what he's gone through to make it in the business and then said she sometimes wishes that others who have already made it would remember everything they had to do. It's nice to see TNA sign a wrestler and Perkins is deserving, though it does seem odd that the reigning X Division Champion had been working without a deal.
