Bobby Lashley told Sherdog.com that he is working four days per month for TNA. "TNA presented me with this offer of saying, 'Hey, come do what you love still. It's not going to be that taxing on your body, you're going to be able to work and do maybe four days per month.' I looked at it, four days per month, 26 days off per month where I can focus on MMA, it was a good fit."

Lashley also acknowledged that he has spoken with Strikeforce. "WE haven't gotten that in depth. We don't know what the deal is and when the deal is going to happen. We knew that coming into it. TNA on their side, they knew it. That's part of the contract we have with them. If it does come to the point where they say, 'Okay, you have to choose.' Then I'm going to have to sit back and that's something I'm going to have to do with my family... They're at the point where they know that my dedication is with fighting." Powell's POV: My concern with Lashley signing with TNA has always been that the company invested a lot of money in a wrestler who could walk away at any time. That said, I don't know how much money they paid him or if there is language in the contract that would give TNA a chance to write Lashley out of their storylines if he leaves for a full-time MMA career.
