TNA Impact Wrestling rating: The lowest rated edition in 2011

Thursday's TNA Impact Wrestling television show scored a 1.01 rating, which is down from the 1.14 rating the show produced last week. Thursday's show averaged 1.376 million viewers, down from the 1.49 million who watched last week.

Powell's POV: The Hulk Hogan retirement ceremony didn't lead the overall show to success. In fact, this was the lowest rating the company has delivered in 2011. It's worth noting that Impact went head-to-head with the deciding game between the Detroit Tigers and the New York Yankees in addition to the usual stiff competition from the networks on Thursday.
