TNA Impact Wrestling TV viewership: How did Impact hold up against the first NFL game?

Thursday's TNA Impact Wrestling television show drew 1.310 million viewers for Spike TV, up from the 1.243 million viewers who tuned in last week, according to Zap2It.com.

Powell's POV: An increase against the first NFL game? I'll be damned. The first NFL game of the season drew a whopping average of 25.85 million viewers for NBC. Keep in mind that TNA Impact did not on air on Spike TV a few years back because they were going up against the first NFL game. We hope to have the actual Impact rating later today.
