TNA Impact Wrestling Ratings: Was Vince Russo's departure and NY Giant Brandon Jacobs enough to pull up last week's dismal rating?

After all the buzz created by the departure of lead writer Vince Russo, and with the addition of NY Giant Brandon Jacobs, TNA Impact Wrestling scored a 1.06, the exact same as last week's go home show for Against All Odds, which is the low point of the young year.

Shore's Slant: Wow. I really thought we might see a boost with all the noise about Russo leaving. I didn't think Jacobs would do much, but I really thought some fans might check the show out just to see if things felt any different under the new writers. TNA officials must be very disappointed.
