Recently cut TNA Knockout arrested, mugshot online

Former TNA Knockout So Cal Val (a/k/a Paige Nicole Mayo) was arrested on August 31 in Orlando, Florida for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident with at least $50 damage without leaving contact information. She was additionally charged later for failing to yield to oncoming traffic when making a left turn in the incident. She posted a total bond of $600 that day and was released. An arraignment hearing scheduled for today has been cancelled and no new date yet posted. [Thanks to Dot Net reader Joe Mendiola]

Powell's POV: Joe also note that according to Florida law, a first conviction of DUI at that BA level carries a minimum $1000 fine, 50 hours of community service or an additional fine of up to $500, loss of driver's license for 180 days, probation of up to one year, and impounding of the car involved for 10 days.  She also could receive a jail term of up to 9 months.  However, it is common for first offender cases of DUI to be pled down to a lesser charge and also lesser penalties. The accident would carry an additional fine of up to $1000 or a jail sentence of up to one year.
