ROH wrestler Steve Corino told Brian Fritz of AOL Fanhouse.com that he doesn't understand why TNA is holding an ECW-themed pay-per-view. ""I don't get it," Corino said. "It's just not my thing. To me, ECW was so cool and I had so much fun there and I learned so much. But it was two years of my life.
"I appreciated every opportunity that it gave me and all the doors it opened for me. The bottom line is unless Paul (Heyman) is doing everything, I don't get it. I can't see how it's going to be successful. I hope it's good but I just can't see how it's going to be." To read the full story, visit Fanhouse.com.
Powell's POV: Corino also commented on whether he thinks TNA would thrive with Heyman in charge of creative and had more to say on the TNA Hardcore Justice pay-per-view. If Corino hasn't been contacted yet, something tells me his comments in this article won't change that.
