Former TNA and WWE wrestler Scott Steiner spoke to the Ottawa Sun about a number of topics, including an upcoming indy show where he will work a singles match with Kevin Nash. Some of the highlights are below. To read the entire piece, click here.
-Steiner on whether he used steroids during his second WWE run: "I told (WWE) to have Triple H pick me up in a limo, then we could go test together. They never asked again. I've never failed a drug test in my life."
-Steiner on who gets pushed today: "It pisses me off, the guys that they push to the forefront. They're basically puppets. It's an agent on a headset controlling everything."
-Steiner on his tag team partnership with his brother, Rick Steiner: "If there is a better tag team out there, I'd like to know who it was."
Twill's Two Cents: Steiner mentioned he had a deal in place with TNA, did not know what happened, and did not want to talk about it. He also talked a bit about what he does in lieu of wrestling. Good interview.
