-The Abyss character is in the process of being overhauled as part of his storyline with Hulk Hogan. The word is that he will drop a lot of the neurotic elements of his character and will be portrayed being nearly invincible as the character is rebuilt.

-The Nasty Boys have been telling other wrestlers in the locker room that they hope to have a six-month program with Team 3D. However, the latter duo has made it clear that they want out of the program sooner rather than later. If Team 3D has it's way, the feud will conclude at the Lockdown pay-per-view.

Powell's POV: As someone who is annoyed by the current version of the Abyss character, I welcome the change. I'd like to see him turn heel again at some point, and I wouldn't be surprised if the long-term plan is for him to have a match with Hogan at some point.

Can anyone blame Team 3D for wanting out of their program with The Nasty Boys? I'm sure Brother Ray and Devon would love to end the program immediately rather than go until Lockdown, but they have to tread lightly due to political ramifications given than the Nasty Boys were brought in by Hogan.
