The feeling is that it was a mistake made by a young wrestler, and it's encouraging to hear that it was a topic of discussion backstage. I don't feel that TNA should punish Neal, but one can only hope that management will address the issue with the talent at some point and make it clear that unprotected shots to the head are not acceptable.
