TNA pulled several originally scheduled wrestlers from the Impact tapings this week. The wrestlers were informed on Thursday or Friday that they would not be going to Orlando as scheduled. A well-placed source reports that Curry Man, Consequences Creed, Jimmy Rave, and Lance Hoyt were among those pulled from the tapings.

Powell's POV: The perception of some wrestlers is that TNA was pulling X Division wrestlers from the show, but Hoyt doesn't fit that description. Rather, it appears TNA pulled some of the undercard wrestlers from the tapings. As one source explained, there's no point in bringing talent to the show if they didn't have plans for them.

There were nearly 50 wrestlers on Sunday's pay-per-view and the company clearly doesn't need that many wrestlers to fill out the two shows they'll be taping tomorrow and Wednesday. There is also speculation that the company might be pulling back on some of the comedy acts they've been featuring at least for this set of tapings.
