A meeting was held at last week’s TNA tapings to address some of the drama that exists with some of the TNA Knockouts. A well-placed source reports that the bulk of the locker room heat is directed at Gail Kim, Traci Brooks, and Christy Hemme. Some of the women who are new to the company allege that Kim, Brooks, and Hemme act like they’re above most of the newer females.

There were reports to management that Brooks lashed out at Velvet Sky for not holding up her end of a match with Kim, which aired last week on Impact. Among the other issues addressed during the meeting involved Rhaka Khan offending the woman who handles makeup for TNA by complaining several times that she wasn’t happy with her look.

Powell’s POV: I haven’t heard where Awesome Kong or ODB fit into all this. As far as I know, Kong is especially well liked in the locker room. Kurt Angle even stated during a recent interview that he approached Jeff Jarrett with the idea of working a match with Kong and giving her a lot of offense.

The Knockouts consistently draw the best ratings on Impact these days. The company has explored the possibility of launching a separate one-hour show, and it would be a shame for everyone involved if the drama continues and makes company officials think twice about the expansion.
