Adam Wright of TVDoneWright.com filed the following report on Mick Foley's appearance on "The Daily Show" on Comedy Central.
They were talking about this kid who wouldn't stand in class for the Pledge of Allegiance because he didn't want to stand until everyone had their freedoms, including gay marriage.
They aired clips with the kid doing an interview on CNN, saying that he was getting picked on at school for taking a stand. Kids called him "Gay-wad" and all sorts of names. Jon Stewart said they brought back up for the kid.
Out came Mick Foley, who was wearing a black TNA shirt. The graphic referred to him as "Senior Ass Kicker." Foley said if any kid picked on him ever again he would take care of them personally...and he will take his friends too! Jon Stewart appeared behind Foley wearing Hulk Hogan-like feathers (purple, though) and a pimp can saying "You tell em' Foley!"
Powell's POV: The replay of the show airs tonight at 12:30 a.m. CT on Comedy Central.
