The following matches were taped on Thursday in Salt Lake City, Utah for tonight's TNA Impact Wrestling.

-Magnus won a gauntlet match to earn a spot in the eight-man tournament to crown the new TNA Champion.

-Ethan Carter III defeated an enhancement wrestler.

-Bobby Roode defeated Kurt Angle.

-TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim defeated ODB.

-TNA Tag Champions Robbie E and Jessie defeated Gunner and James Storm.

Powell's POV: Dixie Carter announces that an eight-man tournament will be held to determine the new TNA Champion (A.J. Styles left with the TNA Title belt). The other participants are James Storm, Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy, Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, Chris Sabin, and Magnus. TNA also plays up the Halloween theme.
