Special thanks to John Philapavage and the crew for providing live coverage of the show. Check out PWChronicle.com. for additional comments.
1. Erick Stevens defeats Roderick Strong, El Generico, and Rocky Romero. Stevens rolled up Strong to win the Four Corners Survival and earn a title shot against Nigel McGuinness later in the show.
2. Michael Nakazawa beat Jason Blade.
3. Eddie Edwards defeated Jigsaw. After the match, Edwards was announced as the newest member of Sweet & Sour Inc.
4. Jack Evans and Ruckus defeated Jay & Mark Briscoe. Jack scored the clean win with the 630 senton. The crowd was very hot.
5. Claudio Castagnoli and Delirious and Pelle Primeau defeated Chris Hero and Brent Albright and Delirious. Claudio was the sole survivor of the elimination tag match. Sweeney eliminated Pele and Albright eliminated Delirious. Claudio pinned Hero with the Ricola Bomb, then Sweeney left Albright on his own. Claudio pinned him with the Ricola Bomb. The match was over with the crowd but wasn’t anything special. Sweeney stayed on the apron most of the time and harassed Daizee Haze a lot (apparently doing sort of a misogynist gimmick), tagging in to steal the pin on Pele.
6. Davey Richards pinned Kota Ibushi. Richards made the debuting Japanese star tap with the Kimura lock after Ibushi missed his superstar elbow and allowed Richards to hit a tombstone.
Roderick Strong attacked Erick Stevens and injured his arm before Stevens’s title match.
7. Nigel McGuinness defeated Erick Stevens. Stevens submitted to the London Dungeon after slipping off the middle rope. The booking of the finish made Stevens look like a douche. Otherwise a good match with great psychology. Nigel “only” hit five lariats.
8. Kevin Steen defeated Necro Butcher in a No Rules Last Man Standing Match. Steen submitted Necro with a Sharpshooter on a barbed wire board. They used trash cans, thumbtacks, and chairs. Senseless violence at it’s best.
