Ruckus & Jigsaw won a tag scramble over Jay & Mark Briscoe; Mitch Franklin and Trik Davis; Tweek and Dash (The Phoenix twins). Prior to the match Pelle Primeau, who was scheduled to team with Delirious, was attacked by Delirious and the Age of the Fall. 3. El Generico defeated Tyler Black. 4. Erick Stevens defeated Chris Hero to retain the FIP World Championship. 5. Bryan Danielson & Austin Aries defeated ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness & Claudio Castagnoli. McGuiness submitted to Danielson's Cattle Mutilation 6. Larry Sweeney defeated Roderick Strong in a Gauntlet Match. Strong defeats (in order) Bobby Dempsey, Shane Hagadorn and Scrap Iron Adam Pearce; Chris Hero (disqualified for referee violence). Hero knocked out Strong after the DQ with a series of roaring elbows. Sweeney strutted into the ring (imagine Dusty Rhodes with 60 pounds lighter) and covers the unconscious Strong. 7. Brent Albright defeated Go Shiozaki to retain the NWA Title via ref stoppage. 8. Jimmy Jacobs defeated The Necro Butcher in a NO DQ brawl. Tyler Black interferes, followed by Austin Aires; a wild brawl ensues with The Briscoes, Kevin Steen & El Generico and Jacobs & Black. Return is 11/22/08 for a PPV taping.
