New ROH Champion Austin Aries's first title defense announced, will face a former ROH Champion, plus Ric Flair note

ROH announced on Thursday that Austin Aries's first ROH Title defense will take place on June 27 in Chicago, Ill. against former champion Nigel McGuinness. In related news, Ric Flair is still advertised for the shows in Chicago and Detroit. To read the full story, visit ROHwrestling.com.
Powell's POV: Aries and McGuinness work extremely well together, so that's a treat for the Chicago fans. If nothing else, it's good to see Flair is honoring his ROH commitments. I don't expect him to be adding any new dates with the company, though.
