ROH issued a press release to announce that Ric Flair won't serve as the guest referee of the June 13 ROH Title match between Jerry Lynn and Austin Aries in New York. However, Flair will still appear during the match as an official outside the ring.

Powell's POV: One can only assume that this move was made because of Flair's agreement with WWE. If nothing else, it's good to see that he is able to fulfill his non-HDNet commitments to ROH even though he is once again working for WWE.
