ROH News: Major title change marred by technical issues

Jay Briscoe defeated Kevin Steen to win the ROH Title at the SuperCard of Honor VII event on Friday night in New York City.
Powell's POV: Unfortunately, the feed for the iPPV cut out late in the main event and did not return until after the title change had occurred. The production and the video stream were excellent throughout the show, but the issue could not have occurred at a worse time.
