Eddie said he should be #1 contender. Cornette announced Rhino vs. Edwards in an anything goes match for right then, with the winner facing Steen for the championship at Death Before Dishonor X.

2. Rhino def Eddie Edwards via ref stoppage. The ref stopped the match after a Gore thru a table. Rhino will face Steen for the World Title in Chicago on 9/15.

3. Kevin Steen def Homicide in a ROH World Championship match. Steen won after a low blow behind the refs back and then an F6. Corino was on commentary, and Jacobs was at ringside. Rhino came out post match to pose.

2. QT Marshall def Tadarius Thomas. Marshall won with an Alabama Slam.

3. Mike Mondo defeated TJ Perkins, Tomasso Ciampa, Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett, and Jay Lethal to win a TV Title shot at DBDX. Mondo won after a Double Arm DDT on Bennett.

Episode #3

1. Tag Title Tournament round 1: Steve Corino and Jimmy Jacobs def Bravado Brothers. Jacobs and Corino are now in the title tournament. They said that Cornette made them put up their ROH contracts if they wanted to compete. If they lose any match in this tournament, they will leave ROH. The Guardians of Truth attacked post match. Steen made the save. Rhino then came out and hit the Gore on Steen.

2. Matt Taven vs. Jay Lethal ended in no contest. Lethal cut a promo before the match saying he wanted to talk to Cornette about getting a world title shot. Cornette’s response was that he didn’t have a “killer instinct”. Jay hit a low blow on Taven at the start of that match and then the Lethal Injection on the ref (not Turner or Sinclair).

3. Tag Title Tournament round 1: Rhett Titus and Charlie Haas def Guardians of Truth. Titus rolled-up one of the Guardians of Truth for the win. Corino and Jacobs attacked the Guardians post-match.

3. Adam Cole vs “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin for the ROH World TV Championship ended in a no contest. Referee Todd Sinclair got hit by Cole when being powerbombed to cause the no contest. The Guardians of Truth, who were at ringside, got attacked by Steen, Corino and Jacobs. Rhino then attacked Steen. The episode ends with Elgin and Roderick Strong getting in each others faces, teasing a Elgin face turn. They did not fight, but its clear that they aren’t a cohesive unit anymore.
