Johnny Fairplay scheduled to appear at the Hammerstein, former ROH regular returning to the ring
Apr 16, 2008 - 02:39 PM

-Jonny Fairplay is scheduled to appear at Ring of Honor's May 10 show at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York. He will be in the area for the "Survivor" finale that will air on CBS the next night.

-B.J. Whitmer, who recently parted ways with Ring of Honor, is scheduled to take part in the X8 tournament for EWF wrestling on June 14 in Marion, Ind. For more information on the show, visit EWFArena.com.

Powell's POV: I believe Fairplay has agreed to plug ROH in some of the promotional work he'll be doing in the days leading up to the "Survivor" finale, so it's a good deal for the company. I'm not sure it's worth the $5,000 they're paying him, but... OK, I'm making up the payoff amount. I wonder how many ROH wrestlers just spit coffee all over their computer monitors.
