Update on Briscoe Brothers and Adam Cole story concerning WWE contracts

The story that the Briscoes Brothers and Adam Cole were blocked by ROH from signing with WWE was changed to more accurately reflect that WWE sent out feelers on the possibility of offering contracts, but were rebuked. No contracts were ever offered to any of the men as best as can be determined.

Shore's Slant: I think we're splitting hairs a little with the terminology of blocked vs. rebuked, but accuracy is important. The previous stories have been changed to reflect the new information and I apologize for the error.
