Ring of Honor's run on HDNet to end in April

Ring of Honor's run with HDNet will conclude in April, according to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com. The two-year contract the two sides agreed to has expired, and the final show on the network will air on April 4.

Powell's POV: The story also notes that ROH is free to negotiate with new networks, and there are talks of a live ROH special airing on HDNet at some point in 2011. It will be interesting to see what effect this has on Ring of Honor from a business standpoint. They were once a DVD driven company, but they don't seem to be marketing their DVDs as aggressively as they have in the past.
