ROH threatening legal action against DGUSA booker Gabe Sapolsky over Facebook comments

Ring of Honor reportedly sent a cease and desist letter to Dragon Gate USA booker Gabe Sapolsky this week after he ripped the company on Monday via Facebook over it's ongoing online pay-per-view technical issues. Sapolsky declined to comment to Pwtorch.com/.

Powell's POV: The Torch story notes that Sapolsky and ROH have an agreement stemming from 2008 that doesn't allow him to disparage the company. However, there is some question as to whether that is enforceable given that the company has since reorganized under Sinclair Broadcast Group.
