Ring of Honor broadcaster Kevin Kelly stated on Twitter that the company will have a new online pay-per-view provider in time for the "Border Wars" event on May 12. He was asked by a fan whether the show will air via iPPV. "Yes," Kelly replied. "Not on GFL though, thank God." Follow him on Twitter on Twitter.com/RealKevinKelly.

Powell's POV: Kelly also indicated that the deal will be finalized "either this week or next week." ROH's WrestleMania weekend events were plagued by technical issues, though the problems encountered during one of those shows were attributed to a brownout rather than the provider. Sinclair Broadcast Group's Joe Koff was noncommittal when Dot Net's Chris Shore asked him about ROH's relationship with Go Fight Live. Shore noted last week that this was a telling move by Koff, and Kelly's report indicates that Chris read that correctly. We will let you know once ROH announces their new iPPV plans.
