ROH News: DirecTV and Sinclair reach short-term extension

DirecTV viewers will not lose access to the weekly Ring of Honor television show. ROH parent company Sinclair Broadcast Group and DirecTV reached a short-term extension of its existing deal that was to expire at midnight. The agreement gives the two sides more time to reach a long term agreement on their retransmission consent agreement. Read more at DailyMarkets.com.

Powell's POV: It's not the long term agreement that ROH fans were hoping for, but it does mean that the weekly ROH TV show will continue to air until a long term deal is reached.
