Dot Net ROH News: Former WWE wrestler no longer being booked

ROH has informed Mike Mondo that he is no longer being booked after he was deemed in no condition to participate at a recent ROH clinic, as first reported in Thursday's Dot Net Weekly audio show.

Shore's Slant: The difference between "fired" and "not being booked" seems to be semantics, but by saying they are "not booking" him they are essentially suspending him without officially doing so. This is terrible news for Mondo, who just returned to ROH in March after suffering a broken fibula late last year. There are some who feel he rushed his return to the ring, and that it may have been a contributing factor to what happened at the clinic.
