Punk was interviewed by The Desert Sun out of Palm Springs, California. When asked what the "CM" in his name stood for, he joking replied, "It clearly stands for Champion Material." He revealed Harley Race as his dream opponent. "For a long period of time, Harley Race was the best wrestler in world. Talk about a guy who back then, even now, he just gets it. He knew what his job was and he went out and did it. He's probably the toughest wrestler who ever lived." Punk commented on internet rumors about him, what he thinks about Vince McMahon, how he reacted to Mitsuharu Misawa's death, and just how much Pepsi he drinks.
