-TNA is taping next week's Impact in Orlando, Fla. A former TNA Tag Champion is expected to appear on the show tonight. To spare those who like to avoid all spoilers, see the TNA News section for the identity of this person. We are still looking for correspondents who are attending tonight's taping. If you can help with a report, please contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
-Dot Net Members will be listening to the first part of the Q&A session in which I answer their pro wrestling questions. You can gain instant access to all Dot Net Audio for only $5 per month by visiting the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.
-The person asking the questions during TNA Bound For Glory press conference was Steven Godfrey, who heads up the company's public relations staff. Godfrey did a really nice job asking questions during the press conference. I really enjoyed that 30-minute production and I hope TNA uses it again in the future for their big shows.
-D'Angelo Dinero had a legitimate family emergency on Sunday. In other words, the reason TNA gave for him not being at Bound For Glory was legitimate.
-Guitarist Zakk Wylde wowed members of the TNA crew within listening range with his 10-minute pre-show rehearsal, which included him playing riffs from several popular rock songs before breaking into the national anthem.
-Brian Lawler is no longer listed on the Hulkamania tour page. He had been listed above the referee on the bio page as "Brian Christopher Lawler."
-Dot Net reader Luis Rocha caught Chris Jericho's appearance on VH1 Classic's "That Metal Show" over the weekend and filed the following report. "Jericho talked about being at the Iron Maiden concert at The Forum in Los Angeles last year and meeting all of his idols. Of course, he also mentioned that he didn't talk to them and he told a friend to take some pics of Jericho as if Jericho was actually having a conversation with his idols.
"In the last segment, there was going to be a conversation, or "Throwdown" as its called in the show, on who the best Metal vocalist is, Judas Priest's Rob Halford or Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson. The three co-hosts picked Rob Halford, while Jericho picked Bruce Dickinson. Overall a good show.
-The following matches are listed for the 10 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Beauty and The Beast vs. Top Guns, Col. DeBeers vs. Grim Reaper, Nature's Best vs. RPMs, Young vs. Brickhouse Brown, Jerry Lawler vs. Kerry Von Erich for the AWA/World Class Championship Wrestling Title.
