TNA goes with the Playboy theme tonight, WWE Superstars main event, get a pro wrestling DVD for $1.99, women's group SHIMMER celebrating fourth anniversary, AWA on ESPN Classic match listing

-The "Battle of the Playboy Models" match highlights tonight's TNA Impact. The match features Traci Brooks vs. Christy Hemme. It looks like Playboy raised a fuss over the term "Playboy Playmates" being included in the original hype for the match, as they bumped "playmates" and inserted "models." Rich Twilling will be covering the show live tonight so stop back to watch along with him at 8:00 p.m. CT.
-WWE Superstars is headlined by Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz. Dot Net contributor Chris Shore will be handling the live coverage tonight beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.
-TNA has posted a new batch of Knockouts photos as a preview for tonight's match. You can check them out at TNAwrestling.com.
-Dot Net Members are listening to the first part of the weekly two-part Q&A series in which I answer their pro wrestling questions. The second part will be posted later today. You can access all Dot Net Audio for only $5 per month by visiting the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.
-Chikara is offering a $1.99 sampler DVD for U.S. residents only. The disc features five matches and some bonus features. "If you're wondering where to start with the world of Chikara, this Sampler disc will whet your appetite and get you into the thick of things," reads a press release. Dot Net contributor Joe Mathieson wrote earlier this week to say, "I've seen four of the five matches on the sampler, and they're all good to fantastic." For more information, visit SmartMarkVideo.com.
-The SHIMMER promotion is celebrating its fourth anniversary on Nov. 8 in Berwyn, Ill. at the Eagle's Club. The promotion has announced 24 female wrestler who appear on the show. The notables include Cheerleader Melissa, Ayako Hamada, MsChif, Sara Del Rey, Amazing Kong, and Daffney. For more information on the show, click here.
-The following matches are advertised for the 10 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Larry Zbyszko vs. Hernandez, Davey Richards vs. Stan Hansen, Col. DeBeers vs. Curtis, The Sheik and Boris Zhukov vs. The Midnight Rockers. Um, something tells me it's not the same Hernandez and Davey Richards that we're thinking of.
