-Tonight's TNA Impact features the in-ring debut of Bobby Lashley on Impact, and the first appearance of new TNA Champion A.J. Styles. I'm looking forward to this show because it's the first edition of Impact since the Russo and Ed Ferrara reunion. -WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler is considering whether to take legal action to prevent a televised mayoral debate from taking place on Saturday without him. "I wouldn't be hiring an attorney to fight the Channel 3 decision unless I was very serious," Lawler said. "If I weren't serious I would just take it as it comes." -Mr. Hughes (w/Dave Wills) lost to Derrick King by DQ on the Memphis Wrestling show held at the Alabama State Fair on Saturday. The attendance was light because it was an outdoor show and it rained all day. There were an estimated 50-100 fans in attendance. The other results were Johnny Dotson over Bones, A.R. Fox over Ta2, Kevin White beat Humungous, and Kevin White won battle royal by eliminating Hughes.

-The following matches are advertised for the 10:00 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Jake Milliman vs. Marty Jannetty, White vs. Curtis, Doug Somers vs. Scott Hall, Mongolian Stomper and Boris Zhukov and The Barbarian vs. Curt Hennig and Jerry Blackwell and Sgt. Slaughter.
