-I will be away from my home office for the rest of the week, so Rich Twilling will be holding down the fort while I'm away. I am bringing the laptop with me and will be checking the site on a semi-regular basis. That said, if you have news items, tapings reports, or house show results this week, please send them to Rich at dotnetrich@gmail.com.
-The WWE Smackdown/ECW tapings take place in Edmonton, Alb. tonight. The advertised television main event is John Morrison vs. C.M. Punk. As always, we are looking for correspondents who can file reports on the show. If you can help with a report, please contact dotnetrich@gmail.com.
-The only thing advertised for ECW is Christian appearing on the Abraham Washington show. Check back tonight for Rich's live coverage of the show tonight at 9 p.m. CT.
-Former WWE and WCW wrestler Chris Kanyon appeared on The Unholy Matrimony Show on Sunday night and stated that he is once again retired from pro wrestling. -The Main Event wrestling game is now available via the iTunes App Store for all iPhones and iPod Touches running the 3.0 software for 99c, and there will be a free version. AlanTaylor.homeip.net. has more information on the differences between these two versions.
-The WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 video game will be released in Japan in January 2010, according to Dot Net reader Kenicihi Yano, who read about the game in an advertisement in a Japanese WWE magazine.
