WWE Raw dark match main event (correspondents needed), Batista discusses the movie he's filming with Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm explains how to make the Intercontinental Title important again, AWA note

-Congrats to my sister Michelle and my brother-in-law Jeremy on the birth of Logan Sylvester, who arrived early Sunday morning. I'm an uncle again! I'm happy to report that Mom and "Baby Wolverine" are both doing well.
-WWE Raw takes place tonight in Louisville, Ky. The local advertising for the show lists the main event as Batista and John Cena vs. Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase, and Cody Rhodes, according to Dot Net reader Matt Beach. I'll be covering the show live tonight and posting an audio recap of the show either late tonight or tomorrow morning.
-If you are going to tonight's Raw and can file a report on the WWE Superstars taping and the dark matches, please contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
-There are no TNA Impact tapings this week. The company taped three shows at the last set of tapings. The crew will be back in Orlando this weekend for the Sacrifice pay-per-view on Sunday and then television tapings on Monday and Tuesday.
-WWE will be taping the Smackdown and ECW shows tomorrow night in Cincinnati, Oh. If you are going to the shows and can file a report, contact me at the address listed above.
-Batista discussed the movie Wrong Side of Town, the movie he's shooting that also features Rob Van Dam as a cast member, at MovieSet.com.
-Lance Storm posted his latest round of Q&A on his website last week. One reader asked him about making the Intercontinental Title seem like a big deal again. "Making the IC Title a big thing again is easy," Storm responded. "All you have to do is feature the title program heavily on TV and PPV and put top level guys in those programs, and do this long term. They’ve actually just started doing this on SD. Rey Mysterio vs. Chris Jericho for the IC Title on PPV is a great program and SD as a whole has been awesome since the draft. It’s my favourite wrestling program right now." -WWE announced live events in Cedar Rapids, Ia. for Aug. 14, and Peoria, Ill. on Aug. 15. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]
-The AWA on ESPN Classic show is not listed for tonight. However, it will return in its usual 10 p.m. CT time slot on Tuesday.
