-Legendary wrestler and promoter Verne Gagne is 88 today. He was born on February 26, 1926. Gagne was the longtime promoter of the AWA territory and was also the promotion's top star during his in-ring days. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006 with his son Greg Gagne serving as his presenter. Gagne suffers from Alzheimer's disease and does not make many public appearances.
-Reid Flair was born on February 26, 1988. He died on March 29, 2013 due to an overdose. Ric Flair's youngest son was a trained pro wrestler who worked in the United States and Japan. The autopsy states that he died from an accidental overdose of heroin and prescription drugs clonazepam and alprazolam at age 25.
-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic. The Global Supercard Wrestling shows will return on Thursday.
