-Happy Halloween everyone! If you have little ones and are trick-or-treeting tonight, be safe.

-Vince McMahon will host the WWE quarterly conference call today at 10:00 a.m. CT for the third quarter of the year (July, August, September). Jason Powell will have live coverage of the call this morning and it will be the top discussion in today's Dot Net Weekly audio show for our members.

-TNA Impact Wrestling was taped last week in Salt Lake City, Utah. The show is headlined by Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode plus developments on the TNA Championship. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV at 8:00 p.m. CT.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. In addition to the WWE conference call, Jason Powell and I (assuming my voice holds) will discuss fallout from Hell in a Cell, TNA sale rumors, and more. Members are already listening to the 74-minute Dot Net Countdown with Will Pruett and Jake Barnett. If you enjoy our All Access audio, help support Dot Net by signing up for membership to the ad-free version of the website via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.

-Pro Wrestling Guerrilla has announced All-Star Weekend will be held December 20 and 21 with the main event of night one being The Young Bucks and Kevin Steen vs. Ricochet, Rich Swann, and A.R. Fox. You can learn more at ProWrestlingGuerrilla.com.

-Former WWE star The Boogeyman (a/k/a Martin "Marty" Wright) turns 49 today. At last check Boogeyman was still wrestling on the independent scene and was still eating worms. Wait, Boogeyman was born on Halloween? No shit?

-The late Gene Anderson passed away on this date in 1991 of a heart attack at the age of 58. Anderson was one half of the original Minnesota Wrecking Crew with storyline brother Ole Anderson, who of course went on to fame as a member of the Four Horseman. Gene had retired to North Carolina where he served as a deputy sheriff when he died.

-There are no pro wrestling shows scheduled for ESPN Classic tonight.
