The advertised talent pool for tonight's taping is Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, Alberto Del Rio, The Shield, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, Big Show, Antonio Cesaro, The Wyatt Family, Jack Swagger, Big E Langston, AJ Lee, and Kaitlyn.

-Legendary pro wrestling manager Jim Cornette is 52 today. He was born on September 17, 1961. Cornette finished his run with Ring of Honor nearly one year ago.
-Japanese pro wrestler Masahiro Chono is 50 today. He was born on September 17, 1963. Chono is scheduled to return to New Japan Pro Wrestling for a reunion match on October 3.
-Bill Irwin (a/k/a Barney Irwin) is 59 today. He was born on September 17, 1954. Irwin worked as The Goon in WWE in a silly hockey inspired gimmick in 1996. He also teamed with his late brother Scott as The Super Destroyers and The Long Riders before Scott's death on September 5, 1987 as a result of a brain tumor at age 35.
-A block of Global Supercard Wrestling airs on ESPN Classic tonight from 7:00 p.m. CT until 5:00 a.m. CT. There is no information listed about these shows.
