-The WWE Smackdown taping takes place tonight in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The advertised television main event is Ryback vs. Mark Henry. Yes, really. -The advertised dark matches for tonight's Smackdown taping are Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show in a Last Man Standing match for the World Hvt. Championship, and The Shield vs. Sheamus, Randy Orton, and Ryback in a six-man tag. It's worth noting that they advertised the same matches last week, but they only delivered the six-man tag match in the dark segment.

-Tickets for the TNA Impact Wrestling television event in Corpus Christi, Texas on April 12 go on sale today at 10:00 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster. The event will be held at the American Bank Center.

-TNA wrestler Christopher Daniels was featured in an Entertainment Weekly interview over the weekend. You can read the piece on wrestling and comics at EW.com.

-James Maritato (a/k/a Little Guido, Nunzio) is 41 today. He was born on March 12, 1972.

-Former WWE Diva Nidia Guenard is 34 today. She was born on March 12, 1979. The former WWE Tough Enough winner left the business and has a five year-old daughter, according to her Wikipedia page.

-Former TNA wrestler Matthew Barela (a/k/a Anarquia) is 39 today. He was born on March 12, 1974. He was released by TNA last April.

-Former ROH wrestler Erick Stevens is 31 today. He left ROH in 2010.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
