Big star returning to WWE TV soon? WWE Raw, Ric Flair appearing with several former colleagues, "The Wrestler" screening at another film festival, AWA match listing

-Steve Austin is still being advertised on the U.S. Airways Arena website for Cyber Sunday later this month in Phoenix. If Austin is going to appear on the Cyber Sunday pay-per-view later this month, then it's only logical to assume he'll appear on one of the show shows soon. Will tonight's show feature the return of Stone Cold? Honestly, I'm not sure and I guess we can't rule him out for Smackdown given all the fuss the company is making over the move to MyNetwork TV. Stay tuned.
-WWE Raw takes place tonight in Seattle, Wash. The company has yet to advertise any matches for the show, but check back throughout the day and I'll keep you updated. I'd be surprised if Chris Jericho or Shawn Michaels wrestled on tonight's show, as they will probably sell the ladder match. Oh, and Mr. Jericho will most likely be having some dental work done today if he hasn't already.
-Rich Twilling will be flying solo with the Raw coverage tonight. I'll be suffering through, er, watching my Minnesota Vikings in their game against the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football. I will be watching Monday Night Raw after the game tonight and will check in with a Raw Hitlist on Tuesday morning.
-A big thanks to our new podcast sponsor CMT, which is hosting "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling." The series begins Oct. 18.
-Dot Net reader Sam Cage reported seeing a banner advertisement for the TNA video game on the WWE website yesterday. I didn't see it with my own eyes, so we'll have to take Sam's word for it.
-The Wrestler will be shown at the Vienna Film Festival "Viennale" on Oct. 22 in Gartenbaukino at 8:30 p.m. (CET), and on Oct. 28 in Kunstlerhaus Kino on Oct. 28 at 11:30 p.m. (CET). [Thanks to Dot Net reader Markus Gronemann]
-Ric Flair, Ricky Morton, The Barbarian, Bobby Eaton, and Manny Fernandez are scheduled to appear at the Vanguard Championship Wrestling event in Norfolk, Va. on Nov. 15. Check out VCW-wrestling.com.
-TNA will make its debut in Sioux Falls, S.D. on Nov. 23 at the Sioux Falls Arena. Tickets go on sale Oct. 10. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk for the last two items.]
-Special thanks to Raj Giri for continuing to feature Prowrestling.net in the WrestlingInc.com newsfeed.
-The following matches are listed for tonight's AWA on ESPN Classic show: Curt Hennig vs. Jerry Lawler, The Nasty Boys vs. Collins and Robertson, Steve O vs. Greg Gagne, Samoans vs. Midnight Rockers, Brickhouse Brown and Cruise vs. Lang and Karate Kid.
