-WWE Week begins on USA Network with The Slammy Awards edition of Raw, which takes place in Philadelphia, Pa. at Wells Fargo Center. This is the last live Raw of 2012, as the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve editions will both be taped. Join me for live coverage as the show airs on USA Network beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-WWE Week on USA Network continues on Tuesday with a live, commercial-free edition of Smackdown. The annual Tribute to the Troops show will air on Wednesday night. Big Show guest stars on "Burn Notice" on Thursday. C.M. Punk will host a showing of The Rock's "The Game Plan" movie on Friday night.
-The advertised dark main event of tonight's Raw show is John Cena and Sheamus vs. Big Show and Dolph Ziggler.
-Former WWE wrestler Nick Dinsmore (a/k/a Eugene) is 37 today. He was born on December 17, 1975. He continues to wrestle on the indy scene as U-Gene.
-WWE Hall of Famer (celebrity wing) William Perry turned 50 on Sunday. He was born on December 16, 1962. The former NFL defensive lineman (and goal line running back) competed in the WrestleMania 2 battle royal.
-TNA wrestler Eric Young (a/k/a Jeremy Fritz) celebrated his 33rd birthday on Saturday. He was born on December 15, 1979. Young recently announced that he had re-signed with TNA. He debuted with the company in January 2004.
-Former WWE wrestler Rene Dupree (a/k/a Rene Goguen) celebrated his 29th birthday on Saturday. He was born on December 15, 1983. He wrestled last month on a Pro Wrestling Syndicate event in New Jersey.
-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
