-The WWE Smackdown taping will be held in Memphis, Tennessee tonight at FedEx Forum. WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler is advertised for tonight's event both in local radio ads and via the WWE website's live events listing. We are looking for correspondents for tonight's show. If you are going to the taping and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-Dot Net Members are listening to my 53-minute audio review of WWE Raw, the 80-minute TNA Bound For Glory audio review, and the 70-minute interview with Court Bauer regarding WWE's creative shakeup. -WWE will be taping Main Event for Wednesday's Ion Network television show. The show will feature its first title match with The Miz defending the Intercontinental Title against Kofi Kingston.

-The dark match advertised on the FedEx Forum website is Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show in a Triple Threat for the World Hvt. Championship. However, the new radio advertising lists Sheamus vs. Big Show. [Thanks to Dot Net reader Geoffrey Craft]

-There were no dark matches held prior to WWE Raw. Both pre-Raw matches were taped for WWE Superstars.

-Former ECW Champion Justin Credible (a/k/a P.J. Polaco) is 39 today. He was born on October 16, 1973. Credible continues to work on the independent scene and is taking bookings via polacopeter@gmail.com. You can follow him online at Twitter.com/PJPOLACO.

-Former pro wrestling valet Missy Hyatt (a/k/a Meissa Hiatt) is 49. She was born on Missy Hyatt October 16, 1963.

-The Renegade (a/k/a Rick Wilson) was born on this date in 1965. He took his own life on February 23, 1999. The Renegade character was WCW's Ultimate Warrior ripoff character in 1995. He remained with the company until December 1998.

-The following matches are advertised for tonight's 11:00 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Alexis Smirnoff and Yuri Gordyenko vs. Jones and Rogers, Jerry Blackwell vs. Pete Sanchez, Tom Stone vs. Super Ninja, Greg Gagne vs. Tony Leoni, Larry Hennig vs. Boris Bresnikov, and Rick Gatner vs. Curt Hennig.
