WWE Raw in Montreal (correspondents needed), Bret Hart appearing, Pat Patterson Appreciation Night, Molly Holly, Raven, Lodi, Don Muraco, Steve Keirn, Rain, Lodi, Great Kabuki, Colin Delaney, Barbarian
Sep 10, 2012 - 09:00 AM

By Jason Powell

-WWE Raw takes place tonight in Montreal, Quebec at the Bell Centre. WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart is advertised as making his first appearance in Montreal since the legendary Montreal Screwjob occurred nearly 15 years ago. Join Ryan Kester for live coverage of WWE Raw as the show airs on USA Network tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT. I am taking the evening off to enjoy the NFL Doubleheader, but I will check in with my thoughts on the show via the WWE Raw Hitlist and via my audio review on Tuesday.

-WWE Raw is being billed as "Pat Patterson Appreciation Night" in Montreal. It hasn't been positioned that way on television, so one can only assume that there will be a ceremony held after the show, just as there was for Shawn Michaels Appreciation Night in San Antonio, Texas recently.

-We are looking for correspondents for tonight's Raw and Tuesday's Smackdown taping in Ottawa, Ontario. If you are going to either show and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-Former WWE Diva Molly Holly (a/k/a Nora Greenwald) turned 35 on Friday. She was born on September 7, 1977.

-Former WWE wrestler Colin Delaney turned 26 on Friday. He was born on September 7, 1986.

-The Barbarian (a/k/a Sione Vallahi) of Powers of Pain fame turned 54 on Saturday. He was born on September 8, 1958.

-The Great Kabuki (a/k/a Akihisa Mera) celebrated his 64th birthday on Saturday. He was born on September 8, 1948.

-Former ECW Champion Raven (a/k/a Scott Levy) turned 48 on Saturday. He was born on September 8, 1964. He has been working behind the scenes for the Resistance Pro Wrestling group that Billy Corgan is involved with.

-Former WCW wrestler Lodi (a/k/a Bradley Cain) turned 42 on Saturday. He was born on September 8, 1970.

-WWE NXT President Steve Keirn is 61 today. He was born on September 10, 1951. Keirn is best known for his work with The Fabulous One's tag team, and he also had a stint as Skinner in WWE.

-Former WWE wrestler Don Muraco is 63 today. He was born September 10, 1949.

-Indy wrestler Rain (a/k/a Bonnie Maxon) is 31 today. She was born on September 10, 1981. She also worked as Payton Banks in TNA.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
