WWE Smackdown taping in Bakersfield (correspondents needed), loaded week of Dot Net Audio, Kurt Angle's latest late night Twitter rant, Tensai likes the "Albert" chants, late reality star remembered by indy group, Nathan Jones

By Jason Powell

-The WWE Smackdown television taping takes place tonight in Bakersfield, California at Rabobank Arena. The show will feature additional fallout from the SummerSlam pay-per-view. We are looking for correspondents for tonight's television taping. If you are going to the show and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-The advertised dark match for tonight's Smackdown show is John Cena vs. Big Show in a No DQ match. Triple H is also advertised for what will likely be his weekly dark appearance.

-Dot Net Members are listening to the 57-minute audio review of WWE Raw that Chris Shore recorded on Monday night, the 45-minute Quick Hits audio with Will Pruett offering his in-person perspective on WWE SummerSlam, and the 86-minute audio review of SummerSlam that Chris Shore and I recorded on Sunday night. Join us on the ad-free version of the website by signing up for membership now via Prowrestling.net/amember/signup.php.

-TNA wrestler Kurt Angle delivered his latest odd late night Twitter post over the weekend. "If TNA uses me as the top guy I will stay," Angle wrote. "I love TNA. If not, I will make a business decision." Keep in mind that Angle previously wrote that he has three years remaining on his contract and claimed he was making as much in TNA as he was in WWE. TNA really should find a way to take control of Kurt's Twitter page from 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-WWE wrestler Tensai (a/k/a Matt Bloom) spoke with The Score's Arda Ocal at the SummerSlam Axxess event and was asked whether the fans chanting "Albert" bothers him. "No, not at all. I actually love that. People ask me all the time, 'Does that bother you?' It doesn't bother me at all." You can view the video at Youtube.com/watch?v=9v1687lZkqw&feature=youtu.be.

-Late "The Real World: Hollywood" reality show star Joey Kovar was honored by the Poww Entertainment promotion over the weekend. The reality star had a sting with the promotion and had hoped to make it to TNA. You can read more on the tribute at TMZ.com.

-Former WWE wrestler Nathan Jones is 42 today. He was born on August 21, 1970. Jones worked for the company from 2002 until late December 2003 when he quit the company due to the travel schedule. He retired from pro wrestling two years later.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
