-WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart is under consideration for Canada's Walk of Fame. Arda Ocal of The Score started a campaign to have Hart added, and the WOF's CEO Peter Soumalias confirmed that Hart is among those being discussed for inclusion. -Vendetta Pro Wrestling will be in Santa Maria, Calif. at Lakeview Jr. High School on May 11 with Matt Hardy vs Billy Blade, Shannon Ballard vs. Hijo De Rey Misterio, Shawn Daivari vs. SoCal Crazy, Bobby Lashley vs. Rik Luxury, plus Gangrel will appear, and more.
-Metro Pro Wrestling returns to Kansas City, Ks. for a television taping on Saturday at the Turner Recreation Center with the following matches: 20-man Royal Rumble style battle royal to determine the new Metro Pro Champion, The Heroes for Hire vs. The Hooligans vs. The American Bulldogs in a Triple Threat for the tag titles, Bradley Charles vs. Mike Sydal for the NWA Kansas Title, Mark Sterling vs. Ricky Cruz, Der Oysleyz vs. Neil Diamond Cutter, Ryan Drago vs. Jack Gamble, plus Lucy Mendez and Steve Fender in action. The matches will eventually air on Time Warner Cable Metro Sports.
-Late WWE star Big Bossman (a/k/a Ray Traylor, Jr.) was born on this date in 1963. He died on September 22, 2004 following a heart attack at age 41. Bossman was an incredibly talented big man. He also worked as Big Bubba Rogers in WCW.
-Bret Hart and Jillian Hall are scheduled for an appearance at The Wrestling Universe store in Flushing, N.Y. on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. The UWF show returned on Monday night, so it's not as if the network is finished with classic pro wrestling shows.
