-WWE Smackdown features World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan facing Randy Orton in an apparent non-title match as the show's main event. Join Chris Shore and Jake Barnett for live coverage of Smackdown tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT as the show airs on Syfy. They will be joining forces on Saturday morning for their weekly All Access audio review of Smackdown.

-TNA Against All Odds takes place on Sunday in Orlando, Fla. at the Impact Zone. The show is headlined by Bobby Roode vs. James Storm vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Bully Ray in a four-way for the TNA Title. TNA has a streak of unsatisfying pay-per-view events going. The television show has been much better lately, so hopefully that will carry over to pay-per-view. I will be covering the show live on Sunday night so stop back and watch along with me or just checkin for the results as they happen.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Abu Dhabi in Zayed Sports City on Saturday with the following advertised matches: John Cena and C.M. Punk vs. Kane and Dolph Ziggler, and an eight-man battle royal with the winner facing Jack Swagger for the U.S. Title.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Bakersfield, Calif. at Rabobank Arena on Sunday with the following advertised matches: Daniel Bryan vs. Big Show for the World Hvt. Championship, Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett, and Booker T vs. Cody Rhodes. Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez are both advertised for the show.

-World Class Championship Wrestling legend Chris Adams was born on this date in 1955. He died on October 7, 2001 when was shot in the chest following a drunken brawl with a friend. It was later ruled that the friend acted in self-defense.

-The late Louie Spicolli (a/k/a Louis Mucciolo Jr.) was born on this date in 1971. He died on February 15, 1998 following a drug overdose.
